WINTER WARMER PACKAGE FOR PARTIES OF 15 OR LESS

THIS INCLUDES:

• 6hrs of photography coverage by Louise May www.louisem.co.uk
• 2 tier cake, 7” & 5” for 20-25 servings, with semi naked icing ready for flowers of your choice to make it unique, plus a cake stand.
• Chairs and trestle tables for 15 guests
• Glasses and plates for 15 guests.
• 3 Helpers on the day should you need them.
• Greenery from the garden to add to your decorations.
• Use of The Granary, Pergola, The Potting Shed and surrounding grounds.
• Use of the private decking area exclusively for the bride and groom, the field for photography and our exclusive polite team to move your furniture and tables around for the day meaning you can just enjoy the party.
• We also offer use of the following equipment if required: 8 oak barrels, Vintage ‘Singer’ cake table, Two Firepits. Milk Churn. 

If you would like to go ahead with your wedding at Rock Farm, you will need to reserve the date with the Devon Registry Service first (direct line: 01392 385070 [email protected] ). Once this is confirmed, we can proceed to confirming the date for the hire of Rock Farm Weddings.

We require 25% deposit to reserve the venue and the balance 3 months in advance of your wedding date. Additionally we ask for a refundable £1000 deposit for any damages to the property or it’s contents. We will send you an invoice for you to proceed with the payment.

OPTION 2

One day venue hire for exclusive use of Rock Farm from 9am to 11:30pm

THIS INCLUDES:

• Use of the Old Farm House, Granary, Pergola, The Potting Shed and surrounding grounds including the BBQ area and Shippon bar.
• Use of the private decking area exclusively for the bride and groom, the field for photography and our exclusive polite team to move your furniture and tables around for the day meaning you can just enjoy the party.
• We also offer use of the following equipment if required: 8 oak barrels, Vintage ‘Singer’ cake table, Two Firepits. Milk Churn.
• We can supply you with a list of highly recommended suppliers for the other elements of the day such as Wedding dresses, suit hire, furniture hire, photography, wedding cakes, food suppliers, florists and stationery all who are trusted and can be relied upon to make your day magical.
• Professional support with wedding co-ordination prior to and on the big day to help ease the running of the day is complementary should you require it.

Exclusive Weekend hire from Friday 4pm until Sunday 12pm

from £5200 low season
