Rock Farm House is a Beautiful 12th century building filled with character and charm. It sits in a quiet rural location of Devon with views of the East Devon Strips which reach to Sidmouth and the Jurassic coast. There is a log fire to snuggle near in the lounge, a second lounge ideal for quiet contemplation and an Aga in the kitchen for a family to gather around and enjoy a special breakfast. Indulge in a family meal in the ancient dining room, relax in the roll top bath or take a wander in the gardens surrounded by farmland. The farm house can accommodate 7 of your nearest and dearest. The property consists downstairs of a Kitchen / Breakfast room with Aga, Utility Room, downstairs Shower room, Two lounges one with a wood burning stove and a rustic  Dining Room with original tiles and woodwork. 

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms consisting of, a King size bed, double bed, two twin beds and a single bed. There is a family bathroom upstairs with a roll top bath to indulge in. Other amenities include Oil-fired boiler, Aga, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games, bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair are also available if needed.

"I visited Rock Farm when I designed wedding stationery for a photoshoot and wow, what a place! If you are looking for a real rustic barn wedding then this is your venue. The beautiful barn itself has the traditional exposed beams and high ceilings but I think what I love the most is the small potting shed where the bride and groom can sign the register, full of gardening tools and pots of plants, making it an awesome space for photos. Rock Farm has a real untouched unique feel to it and yet finished beautifully, the accommodation is stunning - I wanted to move in!"

Rock Farm provides couples with the perfect opportunity to create a gorgeous and personal intimate wedding. I love the charming barn that provides a blank canvas to decorate and transform into your dream reception and the small, rambling garden where a rustic pergola offers a place for guests to gather with a drink and is also licensed for Civil Ceremonies. My favourite of all is the quirky Potting Shed, I literally fell in love with this little space, a simple, homespun backdrop perfect for document signing and great photo opportunities! As I love to be outdoors, the barbecue area, tucked-away corner of the garden is another favourite, a lovely place to plan a cosy early evening gathering by the fire pit. Rustic and comfortable farmhouse-style accommodation is available for couples and their guests. For, me Rock Farm offer it all if you are looking for a small and friendly farm venue with bags of character and different spaces to use and make your own.
